We strongly suggest you work with a professional real estate agent to ensure your transaction is smooth and your documents are processed correctly.

SLPA sellers and buyers must email treasurer@skylinelakes.org with the buyer’s contact information and lot(s) purchased. This is required so we can keep our records current, communicate with owners and invoice lot fees efficiently.

As part of your transaction, your real estate agent must email our Treasurer (treasurer@skylinelakes.org) for an HOA Disclosure Packet. The fee of $100 helps cover the costs of producing the packet for you.
