2026 Annual Lot Fee
$112 per lot
(up from $106 per lot in 2025)
Property owners: please pay your lot fees promptly by January 31 of each year to make sure we have cash to pay for snow removal and other surprises that can happen early in the year.
Are you wondering where your lot fees go?
We can tell you! The SLPA community depends on annual lot fee income in order to afford necessary expenses such as:
Road maintenance (new gravel, grading, culvert repair, etc.)
Snow removal, tree clearing and storm cleanup on SLPA roads
Bathhouse maintenance, cleaning and repair
Lake maintenance (storm repair, stocking with fish, etc.)
Administrative costs (insurance, accounting, legal fees, postage, etc.)
Taxes and utilities

The SLPA Board manages our budget carefully and conservatively.
