At Skyline Lakes Property-holders Association (SLPA), the privacy of our visitors is important to us. This privacy policy page outlines the types of personal information it receives and collects by SLPA and how it is used.

Online Subscription for SLPA Quarterly Newsletters

  1. Consent to receive newsletter via email – by entering your name and email address in the subscribe box on this website and pushing the “Subscribe” button, you consent to receiving future newsletters and related material via email. By consenting to receive the SLPA newsletter and associated materials electronically, you agree to forego their receipt by US mail which is the other official communications channel of SLPA.

  2. What data we process – we process a name and an email address. No other information is stored.

  3. How we process and protect the data – we use Hubspot to manage contact information and send emails. Hubspot is a secure tool for contact management and email management.

  4. The purpose of the processing – for sending a SLPA quarterly newsletter to any and all SLPA owners that choose to receive the newsletter online. SLPA may include other information related to SLPA business, i.e. annual election ballots.

  5. All third-party involvement – Hubspot is the only third party involvement and is used to ensure secure and successful delivery of the newsletter to the recipients inbox, vice junk/spam folder. The Mail Poet SMTP email server is designed for large volumes of email traffic and signs each email with SPF and DKIM, which encrypt the email to protect email senders and recipients from spam, spoofing, and phishing.

  6. The user’s ability to unsubscribe – each email containing a newsletter includes an Unsubscribe link at the bottom to discontinue the online subscription.

  7. How we handle requests related to your rights – for any questions or concerns, SLPA owners can email secretary@skylinelakes.org.

  8. Other uses of the email provided – None. We do not share or sell your email address information.

Receiving Annual Fees Invoice Electronically

All SLPA members may optionally receive the annual fees invoice electronically (via email), if requested by emailing the treasurer at treasurer@skylinelakes.org. By consenting to receive the SLPA Annual Fees Invoice electronically, you agree to forego their receipt by US mail which is one of the official communications channel of SLPA. You may reverse this request at any time by emailing the treasurer and requesting future invoices via US mail.
